The following Terms and conditions apply to all visitors and users of this website. By accessing this website, visitors and users acknowledge acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. UK LED Lighting reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion. In the case of any violation of these Terms and Conditions UK LED Lighting reserves the right to seek all remedies available by law and in equity for such violations.

Ordering 
Orders can be made by email to sales@ukledlighting.com and by telephone, fax or post. We reserve the right to alter or amend product specifications without prior notice. Photographs shown on this website are for illustration purposes only. Actual products may differ. 
 
Cancellations 
You have the right to cancel your order from the date of contract, and up to fourteen days, starting from the day after you receive the goods. In the event of order cancellation, your money will be refunded in full within thirty days, less postage and packing charge, upon return of the goods in full working order.  
 
 
Delivery 
Most orders are despatched within 48 hours of receipt of order unless to a special specification. You will be advised when placing your order if there will be any delay in the anticipated delivery time. You will be immediately notified if the goods you have ordered are out of stock and given the option to cancel or amend your order.  
 
Guarantee 
Manufacturers guarantee/warranty will apply where appropriate. Your statutory rights are not affected.  
 
Returns 
Damaged or missing goods must be notified to us in writing within five working days. Before returning any defective goods you must first contact UK LED Lighting to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number. We cannot accept any returned goods without a Return Authorisation Number. In cases of product defect, UK LED Lighting will replace new product of exact specification immediately, if it is in stock, or order an exact replacement upon receipt of the defective product. Refunds will be given within 30 days.  
 
Complaints 
Should you wish to register a complaint with UK LED Lighting then please contact enquiries@ukledlighting.com providing as much information as possible. For our part we undertake to acknowledge your communication within five working days and to address the issues raised as early as possible.
